Identification form + beneficial ownership declaration

Why is this necessary?

Registered office providers are legally required to conduct client due diligence under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
This can be done in two ways:

  • In-person identification
  • Online, by accepting identification performed by another party – e.g. a law firm
