Where should the contract be signed?
The registered office service contract can be signed on pages 1 and 4.
The document includes:
- the contracting party’s details,
- the selected package type,
- and the detailed terms of service.
Who can sign the contract?
Representative: the (future) company’s official representative
Authorized person: in this case, a power of attorney with two witnesses is required, and the names of both the representative and the authorized person must appear in the contract
Explanation of the data in the contract
Company name:
– The official name of the contracting business entity or sole proprietorship
– In the case of a newly established company, the planned company name must be provided
Representative(s):
– The person(s) legally representing the company
– In case of acting through an authorized person, both names must be included in the contract
Tax number:
– The tax number of the contracting party
– For companies under formation, this field can be left blank and completed later
Email address:
– The primary communication channel
– It is mandatory to provide a working, actively used email address
Phone number:
– Rarely used, but important in urgent cases
– A valid, reachable phone number is required
Authorized to receive mail:
– This is where you can specify who is allowed to receive mail on behalf of the company
– The representative is authorized by default, no need to list them separately
Mailing address:
– Only required for the Premium package
– Collected mail will be sent once a month to the provided name and address
