What to do for newly established or ownership-changing companies?

Whether it is a newly founded company or a business undergoing an ownership change, it may happen that certain company documents are not yet available at the time of signing the contract.

:pushpin: Good news: The registered office service contract can still be signed – missing data and documents can be submitted later!

For newly established companies:
Since the company is still under registration, the following data and documents may initially be missing:

:cross_mark: Tax number
:cross_mark: Company registration number
:cross_mark: Articles of association / deed of foundation
:cross_mark: Specimen signature

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The contract can be signed without these, but:

  • Missing data (e.g., tax number on the contract, company registration number on the postal authorization) will be supplemented later
  • It is mandatory to submit the articles of association and signature specimen for the postal authorization afterward

For companies undergoing ownership or representative change:
In this case, usually there is already:

:white_check_mark: Tax number
:white_check_mark: Company registration number

But the modified company documents (e.g., registration of a new representative, listing a new owner) may not yet be available or registered.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: This is not a problem either:

  • The contract can be signed
  • The updated documents must be submitted later, but as soon as possible

Important!
:stopwatch: Please send the missing documents to us as soon as possible so that:

  • the contract is fully valid
  • the postal authorization can be processed
  • and the receipt of official documents can begin smoothly
