Sending Company foundation documents and Specimen Signature

Besides personal identification documents, submitting two additional documents is also mandatory to conclude the registered office service contract:

  1. Articles of Association / Deed of Foundation
    Articles of Association: for companies with multiple members
    Deed of Foundation: for single-member companies

  • To verify that the person signing the contract is indeed authorized to represent the company
  • To compare the data in the beneficial ownership declaration with the Articles of Association
  1. Specimen Signature (Signature specimen or sample certified by a lawyer)

  • Required for the authentication of the postal authorization
  • The Post Office will only accept the signature if it matches the signature in the specimen

How to send these?

:e_mail: Documents can be sent by email, as scanned copies or good quality photos.
There is no need to send the original specimen signature – a copy is sufficient.
